Damewood is making changes to our program over the coming months

and we will be offering a number of our current breeding team (working Scottish Folds,

Scottish Shorthairs and British Shorthairs adults) to approved breeding and/or pet homes.
All enquiries will be strictly confidential.

All kittens will be sterilized (spey/neuter) by our vets at Five Dock Veterinary Hospital. We can make all necessary travel/flight bookings, including crates, paperwork and lodgment for both domestic and international transport, so please let us know your location.

Accommodations for all Damewood kittens include a 12-month health guarantee along with lifetime breeder support, Pedigree papers issued by Cats NSW Inc, Vet health passport, two vaccinations, worm/parasite treatments, four weeks vet cover with Trupanion, microchipping and lodgment into your name with the NSW Companion Animals Register. We provide plenty of photos/videos, so each family can enjoy the milestones of their development along with a substantial kitten pack with dry food, blankies and a variety of toys is ready on collection at ~12 weeks.

From 1st July 2024, it will be the new owner's responsibility to register their kitten/cat with their local council. Phoenix is an absolute wonder with her gorgeous (rabbit-esque) ticked coat and sweet independent personality, which may suit a family that has to head off to work each day, as she will no doubt keep herself entertained. She's the last to make her way to the food buffet, but often the first to play, climb and explore and she is fully litter trained. We think she will suit a family with plenty of room to explore her surroundings (a balcony or outdoor catio would be ideal). She will be a bed sleeper 100% for sure!

Romeo will be available to approved breeding home or family/pet home (neutered) and we may also consider a lease to the right breeder. He is A/b blood group, carries dilute, no long-hair gene. He is an extremely soft-natured young lad, who is very affectionate. He has significant playtime outdoors where he explores our enclosed garden (does not spray). He has successfully sired two litters (see images of progeny below). Full Orivet and UC Davis DNA Testing Results (already added to his pedigree. Vet check welcome. Full Cats NSW Pedigree. Romeo is only 18 months old and will continue to develop as he is neat and well balanced, has good tail length and amazing eye colour. She is a "no fuss" queen, excellent eater and would be a great breeding partner for Tanzanite Romeo. Birdie is very affectionate, has a super easy-going nature and she gets along with most females. Oriana is a funny and sweet natured kitten (4 months old) who attended her first cat show 15th September 2024 and was awarded Top 5 placings under all 3 judges (2nd, 3rd and 4th Top 5), so she definitely has the makings of a wonderful show kitten. She is very distinctive in her marknigs and has superb eye colour coming through. She has DNA tested for the long-hair gene (sadly we dont want this in our breeding program), so we have decided to offer her as a spey. Cats NSW Pedigree.
