We have five dedicated multi-level enclosures which can accommodate a maximum of two cats from the same household per enclosure.

PRICING
-
Full board for one cat / $55 per calendar day

All NSW and Australian Public Holiday dates including those that carry from Friday through to Monday (inclusive) such as over Long Weekends, Easter Holidays, Christmas & New Year bookings / $10 per cat per calendar day extra

15th December to 15th January (Christmas/NYE) are five (5) calendar day stay minimum
OUR POLICYS​
All bookings are subject to the below requirements and by paying your deposit, you accept these terms and conditions:​

We reserve the right to refuse entry of any cat

Your cat must be 4 months old with completed F3/F4 vaccinations

Your cat must be desexed
-
Your cat will not be released to any person other than the nominated owner or approved collection agent

Under no circumstances will the owners and/or staff of Little Moon Cat Boarding be held liable/responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage of any kind, whatsoever, to any cat in our care, whether or not caused by accident, negligent act, or omission that may occur to your cat at our establishment

All veterinary and subsequent treatment charges will be borne by the owner and paid for at the time of treatment

Capstar flea treatment will be administered if your cat presents with parasites. This fee is $75 which includes sanitizing the enclosure

Lodgement or Collection is not available on any Public Holiday. Sunday collection time must be pre-booked.

There is no refund for early collection of your cat

Lodgement and collection times start from 8am and close at 4pm. Kindly take this into consideration when notifying us your dates​​​

PAYMENTS

25% deposit due to confirm your booking
-
75% balance (must be cleared funds) 24-hours prior to lodgement and/or cash only accepted at time of lodgement

Any additional costs (except vet costs which are payable at the time of treatment) are to be settled on collection

Standard payment method is via EFT (text/email a copy of the receipt so we can match it to your booking or Cash.

All Visa and Mastercard payments have a 3% surcharge. American Express cards are not accepted.

There is no refund of your "deposit" if your booking is cancelled 7 days prior to lodgement during peak periods. If you do need to re-schedule your booking, please call to discuss.

Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed after cancellation and can take up to 5 business days to clear into your account. The payment will only be refunded to the original payee/owner of the booking, credit card surcharges are not refunded.
